Department of Physiology

The Department of Physiology is provided with a well equipped laboratory and other ancillary facilities. Hands-on-training are conducted in Physiology Laboratory during practical works to provide an opportunity to the students to make them acquainted with instruments and their use. The students are encouraged to draw their own personal observations in relation to concepts developed during theoretical sessions.

Message from the Head

Our department is dedicated to providing quality education supported by a well-equipped laboratory and essential ancillary facilities. We emphasize hands-on training during practical sessions to help students gain clear understanding of physiological concepts and become familiar with laboratory instruments and their proper use. Students are encouraged to actively participate, think critically, and record their own observations alongside theoretical learning. We believe that strong practical knowledge builds a solid foundation for future clinical practice. Our goal is to develop competent, confident, and responsible medical professionals prepared for lifelong learning and service.
