To celebrate and respect the diverse cultural, linguistic, and regional backgrounds of students and staff.
Stress Relief and Mental Well-being
To provide a healthy break from rigorous medical studies, reducing stress and burnout among students.
Developing Soft Skills
To enhance communication, leadership, teamwork, creativity, and organizational skills through cultural and social activities.

To foster a sense of belonging, mutual respect, and unity within the medical college community.

  • Arrange for catering, snacks, or packed meals.
  • Ensure variety to accommodate dietary restrictions.
  • Plan for beverages and water supply.

  • Arrange transportation if needed (buses, car pools).
  • Make sure permits or permissions for the venue are obtained.
  • Ensure safety measures and first-aid arrangements.
  1. Activities and Entertainment
  • Organize games, sports, and fun activities.
  • Prepare music, decorations, or competitions if part of the picnic.
  • Ensure activities are suitable for all age groups.
  1. Communication
  • Inform participants about the date, venue, and schedule.
  • Send reminders or updates about any changes.
  • Coordinate with volunteers or helpers.
  1. On-the-Day Management
  • Oversee the setup of venue, seating, and food arrangements.
  • Manage time schedule for activities.
  • Handle unexpected issues (weather, delays, or emergencies).
  1. Post-Picnic Duties
  • Supervise clean-up of the venue.
  • Collect feedback to improve future events.
  • Prepare a report or account of expenses.
