Event and activity management
  • Plan, organize and execute sports events and tournaments at various levels
  • Finalize the annual sports calendar and action plan
  • Conduct meetings to discuss and enhance sports skills
  • Arrange venues for events in consultation with relevant staff
  • Organize events for both students and staff
Infrastructure and equipment
  • Maintain and upkeep sports facilities
  • Manage and maintain a stock ledger of all sports equipment
  • Ensure the procurement and servicing of sports equipment
Promotion and development
  • Promote interest and participation in sports among students
  • Create awareness and provide opportunities for students to improve their sports skills
  • Identify students with sports skills and provide them with opportunities for practice
  • Promote team spirit among students
Administration and compliance
  • Coordinate with other college officials
  • Obtain necessary permissions for events
  • Handle the entry and registration fees for events
  • Maintain discipline during all sports events
  • Provide first aid facilities during games
  • Maintain records of all upcoming sports events
  • Document and publicize the events
