PMC Annual Picnic

The annual medical college picnic is a much-awaited event for students, faculty, and staff, organized to provide a break from the regular academic routine. It serves as an opportunity to relax, enjoy, and rejuvenate in a natural or recreational setting outside the campus. The picnic includes fun activities, games, sports, and team-building exercises, fostering friendship, cooperation, and camaraderie among participants.   • Organize games, sports, and fun activities.
  • Prepare music, decorations, or competitions if part of the picnic.
  • Ensure activities are suitable for all age groups.
  1. Communication
  • Inform participants about the date, venue, and schedule.
  • Send reminders or updates about any changes.
  • Coordinate with volunteers or helpers.
  1. On-the-Day Management
  • Oversee the setup of venue, seating, and food arrangements.
  • Manage time schedule for activities.
  • Handle unexpected issues (weather, delays, or emergencies).
  1. Post-Picnic Duties
  • Supervise clean-up of the venue.

  • Prepare a report or account of expenses.
