Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of teachers, doctors, and staff for the Medical College and Hospital.

  • Determination of salaries for teachers, doctors, and staff.

  • Taking disciplinary action against teachers, doctors, staff, and students when necessary.

  • Providing necessary support for the development of infrastructure, quality of education, and environment of the Medical College and Hospital.

  • Holding at least one meeting every 6 months.

  • The Management Committee shall be accountable to the Governing Body.
