Recruitment of teachers, doctors, and staff for the Medical College and Hospital.
Determination of salaries for teachers, doctors, and staff.
Taking disciplinary action against teachers, doctors, staff, and students when necessary.
Providing necessary support for the development of infrastructure, quality of education, and environment of the Medical College and Hospital.
Holding at least one meeting every 6 months.
The Management Committee shall be accountable to the Governing Body.
